In Week 2 , our group had 4 discussions after our classes where all members were present and shared our point of view. With our macro and micro being completed we are moving towards SWOT and TOWS analysis where me and Rupesh are going to work upon TOWS analysis and Rishab and Sanima are going to work on SWOT analysis. But this week after completing our individual work we planned to meet up to make sure everyone participation and opinion is given priority.

Rupesh Kapri (18045058)

In second week as briefed by Tushar to group members, we worked on SWOT/TOWS analysis. Tushar and I worked on TOWS analysis and we have finished our part and been helping our other team members. We had four meetings after our university classes where all of us shared our opinion and discussed how we are going to move forward for this assessment and Tushar is going to make sure whether we are on right track and collect our individual work and i have to make sure our TOWS analysis is sensible.

Sanima Dangol (18045063)

After analyzing the micro and macro analysis of Rolex. We all member contribute in macro and micro
analysis. After second step make a SWOT analysis in this week. This week we met 4 times and all members
were present. This week we have decide to focus on Swot analysis first then move to Tows analysis. By
this week we will finish SWOT analysis.

Rishav Acharya (UWE ID)

This week after completing Macro and Micro we moved onto our next topic SWOT and TOWS analysis. we had meetings after class where we all shared our opinion and we were assigned our individual work by team leader. Me and Sanima started working on SWOT analysis where I am doing Strengths and Sanima is doing Weaknesses And Rupesh and Tushar are working on TOWS analysis and after finishing our individual work we have decided to work together to do final edit.
